Smart Health offers you a convenient way to connect to the tools you need to manage your health and wellbeing. It offers unlimited access to a suite of six services; a 24/7 UK-based GP, Best Doctors, mental health support, a health check, access to nutrition consultations and an online fitness programme.

Smart Health is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, at no additional cost to you. All six elements of the service are also available to your immediate family, including children up to the age of 21.

What our health and wellbeing research told us

Smart Health has been designed with you in mind. Our recent study into health and wellbeing has helped us bring you the most suitable services. We found:

  • 2 in 3 people agree that they struggle to get an appointment at a time that suits them
  • 75% of people identify with common eating routine issues, including skipping meals and snacking
  • Three-quarters of the self-employed/business owners say they work on when ill because they can't take time off for medical appointments

Smart Health services can be accessed via app, over the phone or by visiting the webpage. Just choose from one of the options below:


The app allows you access to a 24/7 GP on the go. It is available for iOS and Android - via the App Store or Google Play. To get started open the app, create a profile and enter your details. You’ll need your policy number [individual/business policies] or scheme code [group policies only] – check your policy documents [individual/business policies] or ask your employer [group policies only]. You’re now ready to start using the Smart Health app.


Smart Health's full range of services can be reached by heading to the webpage - It's suitable for desktop, tablets and smartphones, so you can manage your health and wellbeing at a time that suits you.
