If it’s a Group Life claim, they’ll need to fill in our digital claim form and email it to

If they prefer to fill it out by hand, there’s two options:

  • Print it out, fill in the form and scan and send to the email address above
  • Post the completed form to: Group Claims Team, AIG Life Limited, The AIG Building, 58 Fenchurch Street, London, EC3M 4AB
