Using account managers to look after employee wellbeing

Employee presentations
We can join you to deliver client presentations, helping answer some of the questions employers and their people might have. Throughout the presentations we help employees register for Smart Health using QR codes and scheme numbers. So after the presentation they’re ready and raring to go.
Company wellbeing days
Encouraging employers to set aside a full day dedicated to employee wellness is a great way to get their people thinking about health and wellbeing. Anyone can have a face-to-face chat with their Account Manager, giving employees the opportunity to understand what benefits they have. For me this includes telling them all about Smart Health; how it can be used and who can use it. An interactive reminder for employees to focus on their health and wellbeing.

To help employers promote Smart Health we give them access to our employer hub. It’s our mission to make looking after employers and their people as easy as possible, whether they’re looking for a quick email to send out to the team or posters to brighten up the break room.
